Welcome to our beautiful, pristine, three bed and bath solar-powered desert home. Located in desirable, wind-free South Palm Springs, the Green Oasis is only minutes to Downtown Palm Springs and the Spa Resort Casino, and is just north of the Smoke Tree Shopping Center. For golfers, we are right around the corner from the Mesquite Country Club which is open to the public as well as the public Bel-Air Greens course.

The Green Oasis is spacious at 2200 square feet. The expansive great room has a cathedral ceiling, piano, gas fireplace, original art and African wood sculptures. The master bedroom features an en suite bath and walls adorned by Shag (Josh Aigle) prints. Relax in the California King bed while watching a 37" HD t.v. with DVD player and cable. The second bedroom is ideal for kids with a t.v. with DVD player and twin beds that can be pushed together as a single. The back bedroom has a queen bed and t.v. with cable and DVD player. The den has a wide-screen t.v. with cable and HBO, a quality sound system, and a pull-out couch for two more sleepers. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast nook and a personal computer connected by Broadband. Wifi for your laptop is provided throughout.

Backyard features beautiful patio furniture with the thickest cushions and a new gas barbecue as well as a shade porch with ceiling fans and an outdoor dining table and conversation area. The front yard is a gorgeous desert-scape of drought-resistant cacti and desert plants. Our private backyard is surrounded by a six foot fence and planted with citrus trees that are loaded with fruit in winter, fragrant with blossoms in spring. To the west are fantastic views of the San Jacinto mountains. End your day with a relaxing plunge in the spa.

House is powered by solar electric panels (with conventional back-up) to keep it cool in the hot months and bright in the winter. A solar pool heater (with conventional back-up) keeps the pool warm in the winter months. Directly across from the house is a park that is great for kids and dogs with two well maintained tennis courts that are always available. Play at night under the lights.

The Green Oasis is in an upscale neighborhood of mostly full time residents and surrounded by a park and golf courses. It’s a warm and tranquil piece of paradise.
